Tulsi bio essential oil is distilled from the flowers and leaves. Indian basil ( Ocimum sanctum ), Do lsi also Royal Basilica or Holy basil called, is a type of plant from the genus basil ( Ocimum ) within the mint family (Lamiaceae). Indian basil is an herbaceous plant that can grow up to a meter tall. Homeland : is India, Southeast Asia and Northern Australia.

In the religious life of many Hindus, the plant applies under the name Tulsi as a particularly “holy herb” that plays a role in religious ceremonies and is associated with many legends. Here Tulsi represents the presence of Vishnu or his incarnation Krishna and expresses his divine protection. The shrub with the delicate leaves can be found at countless house entrances or in the courtyards in India.
