Main Ingredients:

orange (Citrus sinensis) Organic is: mood-enhancing, balancing.

Scent: fruity, fresh, warm, sweet.

lemon (Citrus limon) Organic is: vitalizing, refreshing, concentration-promoting, energizing

Scent: Clear, fresh, tangy

ginger (Zingiber officinale) Is: disinfecting, strengthening the immune system, balancing.
Scent: Hot, spicy.

Use: Mix 10 to 25 ml (approx. 2-5 cap fillings) of the concentrate with one liter of water. Then pour 15 to 20 g of this mixture per cubic meter of sauna room onto the red-hot sauna stones. Wrap the rising steam with a towel. Take a deep breath and relax.
