Lavender Greek Essential Oil

True lavender ( Lavandula angustifolia), also known as narrow-leaved lavender or lavender for short, is a plant species from the genus Lavandula(Lavandula) in the Lamiaceae family. It is mainly used as an ornamental plant or for the extraction of fragrances, and is also used as a medicinal plant. lavender is originally native to the coastal regions of the Mediterranean. There it is widely used on dry, warm slopes as far as Dalmatia and Greece as well as in Tuscany in Italy. The real lavender grows on dry and rocky slopes and reaches the forest boundary in some cases. It is mainly used as an ornamental plant or for the production of fragrances, and the real lavender is also used as a medicinal plant.
