Calendula oil organic base oil from Primavera

Gentle care for baby and mom
For the skin care of the little ones, we recommend: As little as necessary, as naturally pure as possible.

• If the baby’s bottom is sore, clean the affected skin areas with water and calendula oil and air dry. Then the oil is applied again.
• To soften the cradle cap, rub the affected areas gently and leave them under a cotton cap overnight. Then the scab can be rubbed off very gently.
• Irritated nipples recover faster and painful cracks are prevented. Rub in gently after breastfeeding.

Tip: Baby massage
A particularly child-friendly and popular mixture of skin care and loving care. The calendula oil, which has been warmed up in your hands, is rubbed outwards, starting from the upper body, away from the heart. At the end, the little feet are kept warm for a short time.

Tip: Calendula cream / marigold cream for mom and child
Slowly melt 25 g raw & organic shea butter in a water bath (do not let it get hot). Then add 5 – 10 ml of calendula oil and stir in well. As it cools, the mixture turns into a soft cream that is good for caring for baby bottom, nipples and inflamed skin. The homemade calendula cream can be stored at room temperature for about 6 months.

Organic calendula oil helps: for example with lichen, skin inflammation, wound healing, wonderfully even with an inflamed child’s bottom.
