Tarragon<\/b><\/sup> (Artemisia dracunculus<\/i>), also known as dragon<\/b> or dragun<\/b>, is a plant species of the genus Artemisia<\/a><\/i> within the Asteraceae<\/a> family It is used as a medicinal and aromatic plant. Tarragon is a perennial herbaceous plant or semi-shrub and usually grows to a height of 60 to 120 (20 to 200) centimetres. Artemisia dracunculus<\/i> is widespread in Eastern Europe, Asia and North America from Canada to Mexico.
