The common<\/b> yarrow<\/b>(Achillea millefolium<\/i>) belongs to the Asteraceae family. They are perennial, herbaceous plants or subshrubs that reach a height of seven to 100 centimeters. The common yarrow is native to Eurasia, North and Central America. Today also native throughout Europe. In the Alps up to about 1900 meters. Achilles is said to have discovered their healing powers.
