Jasmine the “fragrance of the queen”. The jasmine first arrived in Europe via Spain in the Middle Ages. The original roots of jasmine can be found in the north of India. The essential oil is especially popular with women. As an absolute, jasmine essential oil is a precious oil. For thousands of years, fragrances and aromas have been extracted from jasmine in China and the Orient, for example to flavor tea or as perfume oils.
