You have to wait up to 18 years before the first fruits can be harvested. The oil extracted from the peel is a true aromatic rarity and is only available in small quantities. It takes 300 kg of grated yuzu peel to produce just two kg of oil. <\/p>\n The yuzu lemon grows wild on a small tree in Tibet, Korea, China and Japan, where it has been cultivated.
