Roman chamomile organic
The Roman chamomile ( Chamaemelum nobile.) belongs to the daisy family (Asterceae). Roman chamomile is also known as “English chamomile” or “motherwort”. It is a perennial herbaceous plant and has an intensely aromatic scent. It will be about 15-30cm high. Her home is Western Europe up to Ireland – but she is also at home in Near East and Central Asia.
All types of chamomile differ in their composition and mode of action.
In aromatic medicine, chamomile is blue, the oil of choice and, for the relaxing mental side, Roman chamomile. Roman chamomile has been used in nature and medicinal medicine for centuries.
You need about 170kg herb for 1ltr. Oil.

For menstrual cramps
6 drops of Roman chamomile
3 drops of ylang-ylang
1 drop of rose
3 drops of lavender (angustifolia)
3 drops of bergamot
Put the oils in 30 ml of cream or carrier oil. Massage the abdominal area several times a day with it.
Muscle loosening massage oil
You need to do this
2 drops of mandarin peel oil
2 drops of cedar wood oil
4 drops of chamomile oil roman.
Put on 50 ml of carrier oil. Use it to make hot, moist compresses.
